Better Nature

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released on their newly minted independent label, the Los Angeles quartet significantly expands their signature sound by heavily integrating driving electronic rhythms and analog synthesizers. 'Better Nature' still relies on Brian Aubert's fuzzed-out shoegaze guitar textures, but layers them over highly energetic, danceable drum programming. The album serves as a wonderfully dense, deeply atmospheric, and brilliantly melodic stylistic evolution.
