Album Notes & Community Reviews
On 'Tenterhooks', Silversun Pickups trade their signature wall-of-sound fuzz for a more stripped-back, pastoral indie rock sound. The album highlights the interplay between Brian Aubert and Nikki Monninger, with the latter taking a more prominent vocal role. It is a melodic, longing exploration of tension and release.
