Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking his first album for Ba Da Bing!, 'Step Into the Earthquake' represents a bold, synth-heavy, and rhythm-focused studio album from Simon Joyner. The record is characterized by its bright, optimistic, and highly melodic country-rock beats. The songs trade his previous grandiose orchestral arrangements for a tighter, more direct post-punk sound, delivering a comforting and deeply introspected diary of survival.
