Album Notes & Community Reviews

A covers-led album by British band Simply Red, 'Blue' recasts other writers' songs in Mick Hucknall's pop soul idiom, including reggae and contemporary R&B material. Smooth production and Hucknall's grainy tenor keep the record in adult contemporary territory.
