Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly prolific Jamaican artist continues his dominant streak with a commanding, deeply spiritual album heavily informed by his Rastafarian faith. 'Bobo Ashanti' pairs Sizzla's fiery, energetic ragga vocal delivery with rich, traditional roots reggae backing tracks and prominent horn sections. The record's fiercely conscious lyricism solidified his position as a leading voice of modern, socially aware dancehall.
