Released internationally in early 1993, the debut album from the Halifax, Nova Scotia institution heavily filters their innate power-pop sensibilities through dense layers of shoegaze feedback. The roaring, effects-drenched guitars are brilliantly contrasted by the four-piece's pristine vocal harmonies, catapulting them to the forefront of the 90s Canadian alternative scene.
