Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the final studio release credited to the original band moniker, this troubled production was heavily pieced together by producer Stewart Levine following the frontman's erratic participation and eventual withdrawal. The record leans into polished, disco-inflected grooves that starkly contrast with the groundbreaking, psychedelic funk of their prime. It stands primarily as an historical footnote to the collapse of one of the 1970s' most vital musical institutions.
