Album Notes & Community Reviews
A quintessential artifact of the epic doom metal movement, the Texas quintet's sophomore release leans heavily into the sprawling, operatic foundations laid by Candlemass. Characterized by Robert Lowe's astonishing vocal range and lumbering, classically inspired dual-guitar riffs, the record establishes a deeply sorrowful and dramatic heavy metal atmosphere.
