Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Icelandic quartet definitively sheds their raw black metal origins to embrace sprawling, cinematic post-metal soundscapes. Built around A冒albj枚rn Tryggvason's emotionally agonizing vocals, the lengthy compositions incorporate dynamic post-rock structures, sweeping melodies, and heavy sludge riffs evocative of their native volcanic landscapes.
