Album Notes & Community Reviews
Standing as a towering classic of the British doom underground, the band's second album is a slow-burning masterpiece of traditional, riff-driven sorrow. The melancholic, soaring vocal delivery and extensive, twin-guitar harmonizations perfectly conjure a dramatic, heavily romanticized vision of medieval fantasy and medieval despair.
