Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Finnish power metal titans Sonata Arctica took a surprisingly dark and complex turn on their fifth studio album, 'Unia'. The record largely abandons their signature speed-metal galloping in favor of mid-tempo, highly progressive song structures, dense vocal layering, and intricate guitar-keyboard interplay.
