Sonic Youth's final studio album before their disbandment is a fittingly strong conclusion. Featuring Pavement's Mark Ibold on bass, 'The Eternal' is energetic and melodic, revisiting the art-punk sound of their 80s heyday. It stands as a testament to their enduring influence.
