Album Notes & Community Reviews
Max Cavalera's post-Sepultura project fully embraced the burgeoning nu-metal movement with this heavily collaborative sophomore record. 'Primitive' features guest appearances from members of Slipknot, Slayer, and Deftones, blending highly aggressive, down-tuned groove metal with pronounced Brazilian tribal percussion.
