Album Notes & Community Reviews

Collaborating extensively with former Screaming Trees frontman Mark Lanegan, the British production duo significantly shifted their electronic sound into dark, gospel-inflected Americana. Lanegan's incredibly weathered, whiskey-soaked baritone completely anchors the record's lethargic, trip-hop pacing, producing a masterpiece of moody desert-noir.
