Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the international dominance of 'True', the New Romantic icons doubled down on their slick, highly polished blend of blue-eyed soul and synthesizer pop. Featuring the sweeping balladry of Tony Hadley on tracks like 'Only When You Leave', the album solidified their standing as purveyors of luxurious, aspirational 80s pop. While it enjoyed immense European success, it failed to replicate their previous impact in the American market.
