Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the definitive masterpiece of their original lineup, Spirit's fourth album is a wonderfully sophisticated, beautifully produced pinnacle of West Coast psychedelia. 'Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus' is incredibly eclectic and fiercely melodic, matching highly ambitious progressive rock structures with wonderfully warm, profoundly passionate conceptual pop-rock.
