Album Notes & Community Reviews

As internal dynamics shifted within the ensemble, 'Conflicting Emotions' highlighted a heavier reliance on synthesizers and drum machines compared to their earlier, eccentric output. It serves as one of the final studio efforts featuring the Finn brothers together before Tim Finn's subsequent departure.
