Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting to streamline their sprawling, 1970s-inspired symphonic rock into relatively more concise, melodic song structures, the Los Angeles outfit delivered a surprisingly accessible LP. The complex arrangements and technical musicianship remain intact, but a stronger emphasis is placed on pop-oriented hooks and cohesive songwriting.
