Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dropping the 'of Tolgus' from their original name, the British folk-rock outfit leans into heavily orchestrated, symphonic arrangements on this sophisticated release. Mandy Morton's evocative vocal delivery draws strong comparisons to the legendary Sandy Denny, anchoring compositions that prominently feature sweeping string sections alongside traditional rock instrumentation. The record is a highly sought-after gem from the twilight of the British electric folk revival.
