Album Notes & Community Reviews

Annie Clark's third album balances her guitar virtuosity with her most personal songwriting to date. 'Strange Mercy' features angular riffs, lush synthesizers, and lyrics that explore emotional repression and release. It is a taut, disciplined, and often surreal art-pop record.
