Album Notes & Community Reviews

The title translates as 'Push and Pull', and its twelve tracks pair Paban Das Baul's singing and dotara with the electronic production of Sam Zaman, the British Bengali producer behind State of Bengal. Running to just over seventy-two minutes, it extends the cross-cultural experiments both men had pursued since the Asian Underground scene of the previous decade.
