Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating as J.G. Thirlwell's instrumental outlet, 'Ectopia' is a bombastic collision of cinematic spy motifs and chaotic, avant-garde big band arrangements. The densely orchestrated project utilizes heavy rhythms and ominous brass to construct a suspenseful, highly eclectic crime-jazz atmosphere.
