Album Notes & Community Reviews
An absolutely pivotal recording in the development of musical minimalism, featuring a piece constructed around a single chord slowly elongated over maraca rhythms. The rigorously disciplined, highly repetitive electric organ performances challenged conventional notions of musical development and profoundly influenced the future of avant-garde composition.
