Album Notes & Community Reviews

Written for the Kronos Quartet to perform alongside two pre-recorded versions of themselves, this composition is a thrilling exercise in rhythmic density. Steve Reich utilizes driving, aggressive string arrangements that masterfully build complex, overlapping textures in his signature minimalist style.
