Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping entirely away from the crushing volume of his primary band Neurosis, Steve Von Till's solo debut explores stark, desolate acoustic landscapes. 'As the Crow Flies' relies heavily on his gravelly baritone and minimalist guitar strumming. The mood is persistently bleak and deeply reflective, tapping into primitive folk and Appalachian traditions.
