Album Notes & Community Reviews

Engineered by Alan Parsons, 'The Raven That Refused to Sing' is a meticulously crafted homage to classic 70s progressive rock. Steven Wilson leads a virtuoso band through a series of ghost stories, featuring intricate jazz-fusion playing, Mellotron swells, and flute solos. It is a melancholic and technically brilliant album that stands as a high watermark for modern prog.
