Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the massive success of her solo debut, this sophomore effort further established the Fleetwood Mac vocalist as a dominant force in mainstream rock. 'The Wild Heart' balances her trademark mystical aesthetic with polished, radio-friendly synthesizers and prominent guest appearances, including Tom Petty. The recording sessions were famously protracted and expensive, reflecting the intense excesses of the era.
