Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following years of classical detours, Broadway musicals, and lute experimentation, '57th & 9th' signifies Sting's highly publicized return to conventional guitar-driven pop-rock. The energetic record aims to capture the driving, spontaneous energy of a live band while reflecting on mortality and modern geopolitical crises.
