Album Notes & Community Reviews
Tindersticks frontman Stuart A. Staples stepped away from his band's dense orchestration to record the starkly intimate 'Leaving Songs' largely in his own home. The deeply personal, acoustic-driven album relies heavily on his distinctive, wavering baritone voice to convey intensely melancholic reflections on departure and heartbreak.
