Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as the highly ambitious final studio album before their initial breakup, this record pushes the anarcho-punk boundaries of the British outfit into significantly more complex territory. 'Worlds Apart' heavily incorporates off-beat ska rhythms, dub-inflected basslines, and surprisingly melodic post-punk textures underneath Dick Lucas's biting, socially conscious lyricism. The sprawling stylistic experimentation solidified their reputation as one of the most musically adventurous bands within the punk underground.
