Album Notes & Community Reviews

Heavily steeped in the cosmic dread of H.P. Lovecraft's mythos, the German quartet's debut full-length immerses listeners in a dense, suffocating atmosphere of maritime horror. The record balances relentless, blackened death metal tremolo picking with unexpectedly soaring, melodic guitar leads to evoke the terrifying vastness of the ocean depths.
