Album Notes & Community Reviews
On 'Stronghold', Summoning shifts toward a more guitar-driven, triumphant execution of their signature Tolkien-inspired black metal. The album balances epic, synthesized dungeon synth atmospheres with highly melodic, poetic, and warlike heavy metal arrangements.
