Album Notes & Community Reviews

Sun City Girls pushed their fiercely unclassifiable, avant-garde sound to new extremes with this chaotic, highly improvisational collage of psychedelic rock and global folk music. The trio violently clashes surf-rock guitars with mock-Arabic chants, occult themes, and bizarre, incredibly dark humor. 'Grotto of Miracles' is a hypnotic, highly eclectic, and wildly unpredictable masterpiece of underground experimentalism.
