Album Notes & Community Reviews

The notoriously unpredictable Bishop brothers push their bizarre, multicultural improvisations further into the avant-garde on this highly experimental release. Shifting between agonizingly tense free-rock excursions and haunting, repetitive drone pieces, the record heavily incorporates Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern scales into a murky, lo-fi punk context. It is an essential document of their deeply surreal and confrontational ethos.
