Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bringing the raw, electrified energy of the Chicago club scene into the studio, 'Slim's Shout' captures the booming voice and heavy-handed piano style of Sunnyland Slim. Supported by the blistering saxophone of King Curtis, the record is a formidable document of urban blues power and resilience.
