Quit Quietly

Album Notes & Community Reviews

On 'Quit Quietly', the band adopts a back-to-basics songwriting approach, blending their signature fusion of jazz, Britpop, and psychedelia into a serene and retro alt-pop soundscape. The album's eleven tracks function as an impressionistic diary, with allusive lyrics that find philosophical comedy in everyday life, explore cosmic themes, and carry a melancholic undercurrent of farewell. The production moves from the British soul of 'Everything I Have' to the space-rock jam 'Charon's Gone', creating a textured and intimate collection that signals a new, reflective phase for the group.
