Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking a pivotal transition for the influential Japanese group, their third album drastically shifts away from their traditional guitar-based shoegaze origins. 'Futurama' fully integrates electronic beat programming, synthesizers, and dance rhythms into their melancholic alternative rock sound. This embrace of indietronica and subtle club aesthetics redefined their trajectory and heavily influenced the domestic indie-dance crossover.
