Brother Where You Bound
by Supertramp
Serving as the group's first album following the departure of co-founder Roger Hodgson, this record saw Rick Davies take total creative control. 'Brother Where You Bound' is a distinctly darker, more politically charged effort than their massive pop successes, leaning heavily into Cold War paranoia and sprawling, complex progressive rock arrangements. The sprawling, sixteen-minute title track notably features an intense guest guitar solo by Pink Floyd's David Gilmour.
