Album Notes & Community Reviews
Marking their first studio release following the departure of co-founder Roger Hodgson, the band leaned heavily into the contemporary pop sounds of the late 1980s. The production embraces digital synthesizers, drum machines, and brass sections to create a glossy, dance-oriented sophisti-pop aesthetic that significantly departed from their progressive rock origins.
