Album Notes & Community Reviews

The seventh studio album by the Chicago rockers represents a heavier, more guitar-centric approach compared to their synthesizer-heavy mid-eighties output. Featuring Jimi Jamison's passionate lead vocals, the record is packed with energetic, melodic hard rock anthems tailored for the arena circuit. Despite strong critical reception within the AOR community, shifting mainstream tastes led to disappointing commercial sales and the band's subsequent hiatus.
