Album Notes & Community Reviews
Marking the debut of vocalist Jimi Jamison, 'Vital Signs' rejuvenated the band's career following a brief commercial slump. The album seamlessly blends driving hard rock guitars with massive, synthesizer-heavy pop hooks, spawning radio staples like 'I Can't Hold Back' and 'High on You'. It perfectly encapsulates the polished, arena-ready sound that dominated mid-80s mainstream rock radio.
