Album Notes & Community Reviews

Scaling back the heavy industrial and electronic production of her late-90s work, the acclaimed songwriter returns to an acoustic-driven, deeply intimate sound. The album is incredibly poetic and melancholic, heavily inspired by the dissolution of her marriage, wrapped in sophisticated, mellow folk-pop arrangements.
