Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by David Gilmour and Richard Wright, Syd Barrett's second and final solo album is slightly more polished but equally fascinating. 'Barrett' is wonderfully mellow and deeply surreal, weaving incredibly quirky, surprisingly melodic psychedelic rock structures with profoundly lonely, heavily melancholic lyrical introspection.
