Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sophomore full-length from the North Carolina-based duo expands their idiosyncratic blend of folk-tinged vocal melodies and glitchy electronic production. The recording features Nick Sanborn's bubbling, idiosyncratic beat programming complementing Amelia Meath's playful and sharply observational lyricism. Earning a Grammy nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album, the record addresses themes of technological anxiety and the complexities of the music industry.
