Album Notes & Community Reviews

Expanding their lineup to a quartet, the British heavy metal stalwarts introduced a slightly more polished and complex sound on their third album. 'This Means War' trades some of their previous Motorhead-style grit for soaring twin-guitar harmonies and massive, war-themed anthemic choruses. It remains a beloved, highly energetic classic of the traditional NWOBHM sound.
