Album Notes & Community Reviews

Surprise-expanded into an immense double album on the day of release, the project finds the pop superstar retreating heavily into verbose, deeply diary-like lyricism concerning a series of rapid, high-profile romantic collapses. Produced closely with Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner, the soundscape predominantly relies on muted synth-pop and melancholic acoustic folk.
