Album Notes & Community Reviews
Driven by incredibly loud, unhinged guitar riffing and primitive, muscular rhythms, this sophomore solo effort further defined the Motor City madman's aggressively brash sound. Notably, the album features early vocal contributions from a then-unknown Meat Loaf, who provided soaring lead vocals on several tracks due to regular singer Derek St. Holmes temporarily leaving the band. It became a multi-platinum staple of 1970s arena rock excess.
