Album Notes & Community Reviews
Bringing a massive influx of youthful swagger to post-Franco Spain, 'Rock and Roll' captures the Spanish-Argentine quintet at their most infectious. The band delivers tight, high-energy guitar rock indebted to Chuck Berry and The Rolling Stones, perfectly aligned with the hedonistic spirit of the impending Movida Madrile帽a. It stands as a vital, incredibly popular cornerstone of modern Spanish pop-rock.
