Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating behind unsettling masks and adopting the pseudonym The Cuckoo, the enigmatic Swedish project delivered a profoundly disturbing sophomore effort. The record creates an atmosphere of sheer terror, mutating sludgy post-metal riffs with horrifying vocal distortions, dissonant industrial clatter, and suffocating ambient dread.
