Album Notes & Community Reviews

Concluding their critically acclaimed 'Music for Cars' era, the Manchester quartet released an incredibly sprawling, twenty-two-track opus. The record leaps erratically between 90s-inspired shoegaze, acoustic folk, ambient house interludes, and stadium pop, reflecting the chaotic fragmentation of modern digital life. It notably opens with an urgent spoken-word essay delivered by environmental activist Greta Thunberg.
